The development of many recent medical world uses a computer to help diagnose and sutau prevention and treatment of disease. This study aims to develop an expert system used for the diagnosis of disease Ear, Nose and Throat, where users can diagnose based on symptoms alone she felt.
Knowledge representation used in this study is production rule. Inference method used to obtain the conclusion using advanced reasoning, and the platform used is a web-based system.
The results are quite good, but this research has not entered a certainty factor to determine the accuracy of diagnosis. List of symptoms that appear also need to be validated so that the language used can be easily understood by people outside the medical field.
